Dedicated to previous residents of this bluff property, the McCombs Suite gives insight into the early homesteading days of the Matanuska Valley. The Chugach mountains are waiting to be appreciated outside your windows! This room has a queen bed, daybed with trundle and a full bath.
This suite celebrates the unique traditions of the Native Alaskan Eskimos and Indians. Enjoy our display of local artistry and native lifestyle items. This is our largest unit, which includes a queen bed in the bedroom, and two queen-size Murphy beds (fold down wall beds) in the living room, a full kitchen, bath and laundry facilities.

The Iditarod room is in honor of The Last Great Race. Enjoy many original and authentic Iditarod pieces. The favorite of our guests! This room boasts a very highly prized artifact Norman Vaughn's first finished Iditarod sled! Includes a new private bath with jacuzzi tub.
Pick out which of Alaska's favorite sport fish you would like to have on the end of your rod. King Salmon? Sockeye? Halibut? Our Fishing room can sleep four, with a queen bed, day bed and trundle. Just recently we added a NEW private bath.
The State of Alaska is a vast land with many faces. The Sitka Room shares the sights and themes of “The Panhandle of Alaska”, where fishing and the ocean are, more often than not, a part of everyday life. Our Sitka room can sleep four, with a queen bed, daybed and trundle. The bath is a walk down the hall accounting for a reduced rate for those who want to be thrifty.
The Great One. Experience Denali (Mt. McKinley) up close. Newly remodeled with awesome photographs taken by our artist friend, Steve Gilroy. Our Denali Room can sleep four, with a queen bed, daybed and trundle. It has a private bath with shower and Jacuzzi tub.
Old time Alaska at it's finest. This log cabin, set apart from the main B&B, is the coziest place in the valley. Awesome views right on the porch. You might even want to start a fire in the wood stove and "rough" it. The Homestead Cabin has a queen bed. The restroom facilities are in the main B&B.

The Alaska Room

This is our main gathering room where coffee, tea, and hot chocolate are always available. Here you will find breakfast in the morning. Full breakfast with a hot dish is served usually at 8 a.m. If you desire to eat earlier, continental breakfast is always available.

The Aurora Room

Perched on top of the Bed and Breakfast, this room gives each guest a 360 degree view of the Chugach and Talkeetna mountain ranges. See the northern lights, spot a moose, or just enjoy a cup of quiet as the sun rises or sets!

The Midnight Sun Room

Lots to do in this room. Enjoy a sauna, play pool, surf the internet, tell fishing stories, take a little jog on the treadmill. Our spacious activity room has a little for ALL to enjoy.
